I recommend making a ticket through discord support, try making a ticket through account recovery and their respond time takes quite a while. They may respond after 1-2 days depending, if not, I hope they respond soon, and I wish you the best luck.

Same problem as you, dude! I also just use my vpn and was blocked. Then I create another account to check what happened, and when I switch my vpn server I got banned. But early I did everything as usual and I was okay, but now I got two bans in one day.
