Hacked accounts should be disabled

When someone reports their account has been compromised they should be asked to show simple proof of ownership and the accused account should not be able to do anything until the investigation is over. While most of us sit here for days, weeks, months waiting to speak to a human being about a very simple solution to this problem, said hacker can use your account as much as they need to continue to spread spyware and grief or destroy your servers, some maybe have had for years. This is the case for many other programs, they are banned until the problem is solved, this is after the owner has proven they're the owner. I can't tell you the current furstration right now of watching this hacker unmod my friends, destroy my 6 year streaming community and spread this negativity to all my communities who know and trust me, while I wait here for days and days for support to even grace me with a human to speak to.  It's an improvement I would like to see in the future that I feel should be standard.
