Lack of customer service
Hi,
Recently my account was disabled by discord because I sent friend requests way too fast and i didn't notice it.
Honestly, I didn't know that they had that function in the first place. I sent a ticket and yet it's been 72 hours (3days) and they haven't responded to it. It's very frustrating because I've done nothing wrong that violates their services or guidelines heavily as all I did was send requests to my members as my community was raided and nuked and yet I can't report the people responsible because I got disabled trying to get my members back first.
It's really disappointing that they don't have a good response time for their users issues especially the ones who were disabled or banned wrongfully. Running a company that your users give you yearly $$$ and yet you have a bad response time isn't really good for your image.
Hopefully things change and seriously please respond to tickets faster.

I posted a ticket and 2 minutes later, it had a response. Not sure what you're talking about. Submit another ticket, or reply to the current ticket you have.

I did it's been 3 days since I have gotten a response for my account appeal. And still no response from their team
