Nobody is answering my request
My phone number got deactivated because I, without noticing the rules, opened a new account and used the same phone number with my main account and both the new account and the number got deactivated. 8 days ago I submitted a request in Turkish and they did not respond for 3 days. So I thought that "Maybe there is nobody that speaks in Turkish, let's try it in English." Boom, 5 days have passed and no response is given. Support staff shortage or what?

I'm not so sure either. I wish they were more on top of their stuff when it comes to support... I fear that my account might get deleted if they don't help me soon. I been waiting for almost 4 days now.

Me too! I have sent five requests and they didn't even reply. I will keep sending tickets until they reply then... (hope that accidental account can get deleted by violation of ToS again)
