Blocking/Pausing Updates on Windows

While on phones, people can block updates, this isn't a feature I have been able to access with the app, and my discord automatically updates, even if there are unwanted features. There should be an addition/minor update to temporarily block or at least temporarily pause updates if there are bugs.
An alternative option of this is to allow for people to choose what version their discord is in, with the addition that old versions of discord bugs may not be fixed or tended to, or a warning to users that these may not be as actively fixed as more recently made versions of discord.
