Why I on earth does my hacked account support ticket keep on getting answered by a robot?!
My account was disabled due to violating community guidelines after my account was hacked. I literally only have 14 days before all the data gets removed and I used this account as a second source of income by buying and reselling sneakers. I keep re-opening tickets in hopes of speaking to a real person but all they keep doing is getting "Clyde" to reply with the same exact message every time. I want an actual investigation not an half ass resposne 12 hours later saying the same thing. This discord account meant something to me and I have been using it for several years.

To be clear I found out my account was logged into after I received a warning email about potential guideline violations. I logged back in, left that group immediately and went about my business. Several days later I was disabled even though I followed their instructions.
