Phone Verification Alternatives

I would strongly recommend offering alternatives to phone verification. I am assuming the idea is to verify someone's identity, and there are other (better) ways to do that with less friction. Getting stuck in verification because of a simple mistake is not a good feeling.

  they talk a good game but, They just cant measure up see all the grab ass on the advert.  Who ever thought up this method should be put in charge of the sales department. Those who made the decision to go with this method should get a MENSA REJECT award

  as for me once they give up my nicknames, if they will, I'm considering closeing all my accounts..i'll just dispute every boost trans that comes across my accounts
