improving your help style (searches & lack, 'submit a request' vs 'new post,' looping back to confusing automated replies)
Problems with your support pages/sites responses prevented me submitting improvement requests to vote on for a few years.
Mostly for years when one submits a request they get automated reply saying upvote topic on feedback.discordapp.com ... the problem is your reply style is telling people this before anyone/they have actually posted for vote, then maybe you tell them submit it, after you implied it's already there to vote on (but isn't.) The search on feedback subdomain instead loops back to help pages, so there's no way to actually search for your supposedly already-there voting topics. One ends up assuming it's there but the interface is too bad to find it quickly (it is) and of course one could pick a feedback topic section and page through perhaps thousands topics maybe 10 a time but probably give up rather than spend all day. If one does actually look through results and still wants to post feedback to vote on, 'new post' is replaced with 'submit a request' so one is looped back to automated replies.
Not everyone notices 'new post' at feedback.discordapp.com bottom, but shouldn't the feedback site only have 'new post/'submit request' (sounds same) & search buttons for feedback topics to vote on only (not looping back to help/tickets when you already want to submit/vote feedback?) It's horribly mixed-up and confusingly-designed. It's fine when from the chats page you initially select help it has a search and 'submit a request' but when those are on the feedback page and different than 'new post' to search & vote on, that's counterproductive and moves people away from actually finding/doing new posts to vote on. You only need a link to go back to the main help page rather than duplicate searches & submits that trick you into thinking you're posting/voting but aren't.
I'd been interested viewing improvement topics to vote on but since search on their page isn't actually for them--there isn't actually a search for them--I'm not going to spend days going through thousands maybe 10 at a time: I just won't participate. Sorry, but help/topic/voting interface itself needs vast improvement.
