Android 11 notification chat bubbles support

Chat bubbles were introduced in Android 11, while in 9 & 10 it was an experimental feature.

I find it ridiculous that Android 9 and 10 does have support for chat bubbles, while 11 doesn't. Here are two Reddit posts which show how users have that feature:

Currently, I am able to enable bubbles only for SMS conversations (Messages app) on Samsung Galaxy phone. Apparently Discord app doesn't support conversation-specific settings.

I don't know what is holding the dev team back from implementing this for all android versions, and would really like to see it soon
