False Banned account

No, I'm not asking how to appeal here, So my account has been permanently disabled for being involved on hacking computers and spreading malware, they said. I didn't even do those things, worse, I don't even know how to do those things. I'm pretty maybe it was me joking around about it (a lot of people I know has been banned for jokes either). So I've been appealing about it and they just kept giving me those automated bot responses after I've been waiting for days for it. I'll show it below.
