Groupchat ownership transfer. (Incase the owner is disabled)

Hello, since it's always so hard what to do if a groupchat owner get disabled and the groupchat is full. It's not functionable, let's say you've made so many memories but you also made new friends which you want to add in your friendgroup. Well you can't because since the owner of the groupchat got disabled, you cant remove poeple who are lets say inactive so u can add new friends to do fun stuff with. Please bring this feature to discord!
