How terrible discord support is.

Hello Redditors, and Discordians.

Almost a month ago, I sent an email asking for support about the issue of boost streak not showing the older badge but showing the newer one. Done, I have received an email from the support party to try the ways to see if it can be fixed in a normal way. But I forgot that going out of the server will cause both boost cooldowns, and I can't boost again. Then I sent an email, but I didn't get a reply for almost a week, and I sent another one, and I was told that just boost as soon as it's over and I can restore it. I did and it didn't work, I emailed again and received that it was adjusted to only 3 days?. Finally, I asked for support to restore boost because I was helping and they just replied like bots that I should read the terms, and the next 3-4 emails are the same.

NOTE: I'm not writing this because I want to get my streak back or anything because my friends are all off and the streak is the last thing I think is meaningful, I've been using discord for 5 years and I've never seen a support team it's "best" like this. And I'm writing to warn people to be careful about requests for support. Thanks for reading, and it's not cheap in Southeast Asia either so I'm pretty pissed.
