Is This a Bug?

I went into a server, and all the channels on that server were locked. But then there's a boost bar on top of it, so I subconsciously pressed that button. Then, all of a sudden, the screen went black, and it became nothing. At that time, a server notification came, and when I pressed it, the server didn't move, and it kept working. So I turned off all the programs that were starting, rebooted the computer, and then it started working again. This is a bug, right?

If this is a bug, please fix it quickly.
