Discord's customer support is trash
I've been waiting 16 days for a response on my ticket due to my account being disabled for NO REASON and no response. My ticket isn't even closed they just ignored it.
We are supposed to get response in a maximum of 48 hours. Waiting 16 days is UNACCEPTABLE. Fix this.

its been like 2/3 weeks, tickets not been closed they just ignored it. its so disappointing istg, discord get your act together

8 or 9 days, they keep responding with a generic message and will not allow me to appeal. Twitter accounts won't respond either. Discord support is ignoring their own ToS and will not even humor an appeal like the ToS says. Anteater is the "support" that keeps closing my tickets, including a GDPR data request.

I have been receiving that it has been manually released for me, but the account has not been released for me, and the account has been frozen. I have provided all the evidence but no valid response has been received.

Thing is, i usually send simple question support tickets, and those get answer in 1h-3days
What i'm seeing its usually the stolen/disabled account tickets. Though i do feel a reason may be behind those specific tickets.0 -

It’s been a year and they still haven’t replied to me. I really want this account back, I paid so much money for this account and I made money off it too (by moderating) I did absolutely nothing wrong then boom, account disabled. This all happened in may 13th-18th 2022 and it’s currently may 8th 2023. I’m never going to use this piece of crap anymore.
