Content Moderation doesn't block similar bypasses

The new "Content Moderation" which is kinda a native community word filter in case you don't know about this, it pretty much only blocks the word or just partial words.

For example, I set a blocker for "free nitro", and when users say "free nitro" it does get blocked. But when someone says "f ree nITR0" it wouldn't block.

I think Discord might need a smart blocking feature otherwise people could still spam scam messages.
