Discord allows Racism and Racist emotes targeted towards Asians
Discord Condones asian hate...i confronted them AT PAX EAST and sent mulitple reports but they haven't done jack shit other than a paper thin warning. from a server that has primarily black people in it.

this emote STILL exists to this day and discord just allows this server to spam this racist asian emote as much as they want without any punishments at all

Well yeah discord is mostly automated / ran by bots. Mods and users of individual servers are the only people, that being said if someone or something gets mass reported enough, it'll probably get banned, from my experience anyway

This is the second post I've seen regarding this particular emote, and all I can tell you is the same thing I told the last person. If it bothers you, ignore it, leave the server, block the people who used it and move on with your day. This is the internet, if you're going to stop and make a post online every time someone offends you, then you're going to live at your computer.
This doesn't mean what they're doing is okay, but it does mean that you should have better things to do with your time. Find a better run server that has a hard line stance against racism.-1
