Disabled for no reason and can't get through to an actual human via support
My account got disabled without any email stating why. I've tried to contact support 11 times, and every time I get stupid Clyde (aka their dumb robot that make makes false bans and uses copy pasted text, so that discord mods can sit on their asses all day and drink Pepsi.)

yeah just reply to clyde's message and, after waiting a few days, they'll get to your ticket

assuming you get any response at all, it can take several weeks, months even. thats just my experience anyway. ive appealed my account being disabled at least 8 times now, and they responded multiple times with the same typical copy paste response saying they lifted the ban, but im still disabled. If they're gonna run the entire platform by bots it would be nice for them to actually work for once, its annoying having to make a new account when i shouldnt have to

I agree with u even now i got my account back saying all punishments were lifted on my account but it was a lie they kept the phone verification on my acc and i didnt do anything or they are too stupid to tell me what i did. If you dont get a response within the hour report it to the BBB at least you will get an answer
