Please Add Phone Support

Dear Discord,

Please add Phone Support.  This move would make a lot sense since you have a that allows users to add phone numbers as a way of verification for accounts.  Since Discord Customer Support is not that great mainly due to bots handling the responses and not the human employees.  This would be one way to actually fix customer support, because it would give users methods on how to fix problems relating to their account.  Humans would be better at understanding human responses than some mindless bot!

  while the support member i was talking to last night was indeed human, id really like for a more realtime approach to support. (i was estatic when i saw the new support ticket interface)

  Flashlight i doubt you actually talked with someone in support if you did whats their name and send them my way also what new support ticket interface
