Orange exclamation shows on profiles of friends and mutual server members, servers not shown

For people that are in my friend list on desktop (Windows 11), or in mutual servers, I cannot see their about me sections or their mutual servers, but mutual friends can be seen. This issue is not present on mobile (Android). I have verified that these people are in my friend list and/or are in servers I am in as messaging them works just fine. The orange exclamation point appears regardless and about me does not load.
