Account has been hacked, just wanna know if it's possible to recover or just permaban it

Hello, it's been 2days without any email from the support/discord, I did call some guy that's working for discord online. He told me to send an email with proofs (I've got almost everything to prove it belongs to me). Sooo afterall I don't even know if any HUMAN will catch up my ticket and do the job in like 5mins. I know there are much tickets so im patient actually. But he paid a solid 20$ of nitros+ everyday I go online on my other account, I can see someone online sending fishing scripts or idk on the hacked one. Personally it would be okay to permaban it since there are reasons that Can aim for a ban. I'd like to know. It's embarassing and discord loses money and people with community, like me. Thank you
