Mobile (iOS) app constantly switches to away when i leave the app

I've spoken to support and after trying everything (restart, reinstall, sign out, change password, etc.) nothing helps and they haven't gotten back to me. Any time i leave the app, for even a millisecond, whether it's to my homescreen, my screen locks, or to another app, Discord shows me as idle and as soon as I come back it goes back to the green phone. This doesn't happen to ANYONE else i've talked to, though I did see someone on twitter mention it but they didn't reply to me. It's infuriating because it annoys my friends seeing it go back and forth. Please help!
