image moderation can be great for discord server moderation without bots

  Image moderation should already exist, although, it can be bypassed very easily. If you have enough perms to see the safety setup category, there should be an option in there called 'EXPLICT MEDIA CONTENT FILTER'. Turning that on should at least stop some images that you wouldn't wish to see.
