[Feature Request] Support independent Notification Provider on Android

Discord seems to exclusively use Google Cloud Messaging for Notification delivery. GCM is not available for some custom OS users and the Factory OS on a lot of Asian smartphones. Most messaging Apps have their own notification provider. If that is not an option, a unifiedpush.org-adapter would be nice to have a non-google alternative.
