Ownership Transfer back to original Owner or Backup account of the owner

I talked with one from support who would let the thing go be told to the team. But wanted to make this incase. Its just some dont have these big servers, like some do it for friendgroups. Then the thing is if one had gotten the ownership like in this case, and the friendship gets broken and the one with the ownership now dont want the original owner in the server and throws them out. It becomes a problem. I got a backup account on the server due to thinking this may happen at some point. But I cant get the ownership back due to the old friend having been on recently and its just a small friendgroup server so its under the requirement We were only 5-6 members on it.. The server means too much to me and I would rly like to get it back to me when I was the one who made the server to begin with
