Role Groups (with permissions)

**Hello There**

When organising a server trying the make it easier for our members to have acesso to different areas of the server sometimes ends up with a big number of roles and quite a bit of work in the owner/administrator side to manage all the permissions and organize the roles.

Here i propose the idea of role groups not only as aesthetics on the side of the owner but also for managing permissions and helping with expansions.

The idea is the following:
- Inside roles tab we will be able to create role groups, position them in the roles hierarchy and roles inside the group
- Clicking in the group would show two tabs:
- Roles: the roles that are part of this group
- Base permissions (just like regular roles)
- Managing a channel permissions would show the role groups just like regular roles.

The permissions hierarchy for the role inside the group would be the group as main and over that the role specific permissions, just like the relationship a regular role has with @everyone permissions.

This makes the server quite more expandable as one can add roles to a role group and it will receive all the group permissions + its specifics, instead of having to configure everything manually
