Suggestion: Making current chat and voice channels more visible

Most Discord servers have many channels.  But at any given time we only care about two ACTIVE channels:  The text channel we are currently chatting on, and the voice channel that we are currently talking on.  Unfortunately, these channels can be anywhere on the Discord tree and even worse, they get pushed up and down as people join and leave channels above it.  It is even worse when you forget that you are on a voice channel that got pushed down.   This is a particularly distracting and frustrating issue, especially for those with certain disabilities.

So... why not display the ACTIVE channels at the very top of Discord?  It would make it MUCH easier to track what is going on.
