mobile app data use controls

In previous versions of the mobile android app (pre-August 2022) didn't we have controls for allowing autoplay of gifs and videos, and possibly other limits on mobile data usage.  For those of us with low data caps we need to conserve our monthly allotment of data ,and when Discord uses whatever it wants we can't access the app too often or we'll go over our limits.  You can see what I'm getting at here.  

Please give us back or give more control over mobile data usage within the mobile app and keep it separate from the desktop windows app, ie: my changes on mobile should have no effect on my settings on desktop and vice versa.
