Make auto disconnect to save data optional

Only on the desktop client, Discord will automatically end a call if you've been in it alone for 5 minutes. It would be nice if this was an optional feature that could be toggled on and off. For example, the first time a user spends 5 minutes alone in the call, send them a message through Clyde asking if they'd like to disconnect to save data, with the options being "Yes (this time only)", "Yes (always)", and "Don't ask again". It's a well intentioned feature, but there are few desktop users that still benefit from it being always on.
