Ability for bots to log reason for deleting messages

After years, we do need the ability for audit logging reasons for bulk deleting messages with bots
As of now, this gets anonymous whoever deleted message for what reason as there is no other way for this except have a specific log channel with bots. 
Most of the events do have this feature, then why not messageDelete..
