Extend Image file extension support

I was not sure what topic to put this under, because its a couple technical changes for specific places.
Image formats seem somewhat inconsistent, as embeds seem to support webp, but anywhere where you specifically can upload an image does not support this.

I dont know how technically possible it is, but I am suggesting support for:
 .jpe , .jif , .jfif , and .jfi file extensions for JPEG images in all image sections, and embeds
.webp support for uploading files (embeds already work)

this would allow for much better and more accessible user experience with what seems to be little technical problems considering these formats are already partially supported by discord, and supported by chromium.
