"Focus" on a Voice Channel in List

I would like an option for the channel list on the left to "focus" on a voice channel when in that voice channel.

The name of the channel is "stickied" to just under the "NEW UNREADS" popup and the scroll automatically adjusts so that the channel name stays where it is, no matter how many changes/joins/leaves happen in the list above the channel. It would be understandable if there's not enough people in the channel, or not enough of the list below the channel, to cause the name to end up lower, but the name should never "scroll up" beyond the top of the list.
