Facilitate the creation of bots

It would be nice if there was a web page or that on the Discord Developer page you can program the bot and turn it on from there, without complications, without using external pages, the scripting could be JS but I don't care, I just want them to be able to program and create bots in a simpler way. (And used google translate so the words may be weird)
