I could see this being a good idea if it was a part of an overall account transfer like "I lost access to my account and Im getting it all transferred to a new account" or whatever.

I would like to point out that the $9.99 a month isn't JUST for server boosting. There are plenty of other perks. It's unfair to write this like you're paying $9.99 for just one boost.

If this were JUST in the integrated server for the twitch account, I would upvote this, but not for everywhere

So while I do think supplying a birthday would make sense, I think requiring a birth certificate would be much to far in the wrong direction.
