How to Find your Payment ID
Before submitting a request for a refund, you’ll need to make sure you have the payment ID for the purchase that you’d like refunded. This helps us process your request quickly and ensure we refund the correct purchase.
Desktop/Browser
1. Head into your User Settings by pressing the cogwheel [] icon.

2. Tap Billing, then select the purchase for which you need the payment ID.
3. The payment ID will appear in the dropdown menu. You can copy this ID and paste it into the support form.

Mobile
In order to get your payment ID for a mobile purchase, please refer to the confirmation email you received with your purchase. This will include the payment ID.
For Android users, you can provide a payment ID, however, another option that provides a quicker turnaround is your GPA number from your Google Play Store confirmation email. If you’re unable to find your confirmation email from Google Play, you can check out their guide here on how to locate the GPA number.
If you can’t locate your confirmation email, you can obtain your payment ID through the desktop app or browser by following the steps above.

How to Request a Refund
1. Once you have your Payment ID, head to the Support form.
2. Fill out each question in the form as it pertains to your billing request. Make sure to enter the Payment ID where requested.
3. After submitting your request you should receive a confirmation email letting you know your ticket has been received.
4. You will receive a response from the team once your ticket has been handled.
