As of 13:55 PDT on Wednesday, March 18, our team became aware of a capacity issue impacting users on our Europe voice region. Impacted users will see slow or stagnated connections to our European voice servers, or will instead be assigned to a server in our Russia voice region.
We're working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. If you're being routed to an alternate region when connecting to our voice service, know that our backend works to connect you to the server with the best possible latency automatically.
