Please rename the startup agent for the Windows client

The current version of Discord for Windows uses generic names for the startup apps entry in Settings/Apps/Startup and Task Manager/Startup apps. Currently, it uses the Discord icon (good start!), but the actual name of the app is listed as "Update" and the Author is listed as "GitHub". Please change these to be more descriptive to prevent confusion.
