Memorial Accounts

Currently, there is no way to do this, so I thought I'd post on here to give the idea to devs.

A friend of mine passed on the 19th. It's been a very heartbreaking experience, and to honor them, my friend group has made a memorial for their account in our server. However, due to the inactivity part of discord, we fear that they'll one day disappear due to the fact that no one is able to log in for them now that they're gone.

I would love a way for people to report to discord that the account is of someone who's passed, so that it can be turned into a memorial- that way, the account won't disappear and cause grief to be reopened.
