Mention channels/roles/members and boolean toggles in modals

Some things work better in a popup than command arguments. I'd like to see the functions of a Modal expanded.

I'd like to see:

  • Boolean toggle
  • mentions (user/channel/role)

I envision these working with Action row builder, similar to creating options in slash commands. Though I won't even pretend to know if this is even possible, it'd just be nice.

    After seeing the image of his vision of this I could see this implementation being incredibly useful for bot services out there to collect information in "one fell swoop" of a command process rather than multiple entries in the form of channel activity.
