Improvements for forums

I have a few suggestions for a little improvement.

1. Automatically post the first message in a new forum thread. Why is it necessary? When there are too many posts in a thread, it becomes difficult to get to the top to read the forum announcement again.

2. Add the ability to enable or disable the ability of thread creators to pin messages to their threads. This will allow the creators not to wait for the administration to pin an important post so that other users can quickly access it. For example, on one server, the forum channel is used to publish and discuss modifications to the game, and the ability to pin messages by creators will allow them to publish updates in branches and pin them for others.
