Keep roles, perms, and join date upon rejoining server

If a user leaves a server and then rejoins said server, the "date joined" text on their profile should show the FIRST time they joined the server, not the LAST time they joined the server.

Also, that user should keep all of their roles AND channel permissions upon rejoining. Why?

1. Allows users to rejoin without having to verify again in servers that require verification.

2. Allows users with a large number of roles to keep said roles instead of the mods/admins having to figure out which roles they had before leaving.

3. Allows "Muted" roles to actually be effective, as now mutes given by roles would not be able to be bypassed by leaving and rejoining the server.

In some cases, server owners might not want users to keep their roles upon rejoining. In this case, make "Keep roles and perms upon rejoining" a server setting that can be toggled on and off, by default it should be on.

Also works better if you kick a friend as a joke and they rejoin. As well as keeping roles, also keeping the original join date. So if someone joined the server in 2018, leaves, and then rejoins in 2023 you should be able to make it so it shows the date they originally joined.
