When i login it refreshes the page and then takes me back to the login page again

Hello discord. This is Babushka#9039. I was making a bot then when i checked discord, it crashed and took me to the login page. When i putted my login details and hit login, it didnt work and took me to the login page again. I tried again and it didnt work. Please help me.
