Mention games in the chat

Suppose me and my friends have a hard time deciding what to play, it'd be cool if one of us could mention games that he has on his Steam/Epic/Ubisoft/EA/etc. library

Think like:

@GTA5 @Minecraft @Roblox @Fortnite

Then, when a user clicks @GTA5, his locally-installed GTA would launch, lowering the barrier for entry to play games

If he clicks on GTA 5 but it's not installed and he has linked Discord to his Steam and Epic accounts, Discord will trigger Steam/Epic to launch the installation dialog; although in GTA 5's specific case, his Discord should also be linked to his Rockstar Games account so that the game could also be launched through the Rockstar Launcher

Alternatively, if he doesn't own GTA 5, Discord would launch its Steam store listing to allow him to buy the game
