Don't change the username system

Please do not change the username system. It's what made Discord unique, it's a slap in the face of those who buy nitro for the custom discriminator, and it increases the risk of ToS violations and impersonation.

On Twitter, people sometimes get harassed, doxxed, and swatted because of rare usernames. Do we want the same on Discord? I don't think so.

This is a genuine request to Discord to not change the username system. #keepthediscriminators

  Removing the discriminators is profoundly stupid and someone should honestly be fired for the mere suggestion of it. They are objectively the *best* way to handle a username system and no one in the community has an issue with 4 digits. This change will only hurt the user base, and so I cannot in good faith support the company. I cancelled my nitro and won't re up until this change is dead in the wind.
