Allow Role Heirarchy to be split into divisions to allow internal heirarchy in specified groups

While working with certain group structures within Discord, such as managing different teams in a work environment, I'm looking for a simpler way to allow a group of leaders the same command, but only over a specific subgroup of their roles and not over any other team's members.

The way Discord's linear hierarchy works right now is that all managers have the same permissions over the underlings, even if they have no reason or responsibility to manage one of the underlying groups. Creating a linked group hierarchy within the roles would allow for more control over who is able to moderate what groups, instead of throwing a blanket over everything underneath a certain moderator or administration position.
