Adding pagination to Discord channels

Discord is an aesthetically-pleasing environment that is well designed. 

However, one thing it lacks (in comparison to traditional web forums) is division of long channels with lots of posts into pages.

When a channel has collected hundreds or thousands of posts, it can be very hard to scroll back to find a post, or to read the initial post which introduced the channel.

But if channels were paginated, with say 20 or 30 posts per page, this would make life easier when looking back at the older posts.
