Microphone got worse after the new macos update

I just updated Discord just now and my microphone just got worse. Noice suppression is not doing (in fact its doing the exact opposite), when I do something intensive and my laptop's fans kick out the people I talk to can hear them (or they can also hear when I type). 

The update is this I think..
