Request of personal info for application on verifying a bot request to be removed

I see many bots out there that aren't verified and there are reasons why people don't want to give out their personal information just for a bot to made verified. These people are more likely to have lots of insecurity issues and not many people can get over it, so requesting for personal info shouldn't be asked. It should rather be based on the bot and not on the user itself. Plus, isn't requesting for personal information about a user against the Discord ToS. If so, shouldn't you also follow this rule on those bot owners who spend so much time and dedication despite having so much troubled producing amazing bots and then not being able to get it verified for personal information they do not want to distribute.
