text command chat for @anyone

would love to see a mention feature that was '@anyone' that allows me to ping everyone in the group but really I only want any one person to respond and when they do the notification disappears for everyone else who hasn't responded or seen it yet. Basically I don't want to ping 'everyone' as in I need everyones attention, I want to ping everyone but really only need one person attention to respond.
