It would be really helpful if people could right click and report a account,

E.g
Create a channel called reports
Lock channel to admins only

User 1 is abusive
2nd User reports user 1, report goes to Reports channel.
User 1 gets a server counter for number of reports.

  There are quite a few bots which provide similar functions. Refer to them.
