Viewing Members on Large Servers

It is often hard to view members in large servers since once you scroll past some hundreds of users, the amount of users logging on and off can jitter the list enough to make it hard to click on a user. Maybe when scrolling down far enough put a pause on updating the user list to make it more accessible to use rather than having to try and spam click to grab the user before they move again.
